The course is specifically designed for healthcare professionals, case managers, and vocational rehabilitation practitioners, including: Experienced Vocational Rehabilitation practitioners wanting to expend their skills base and offer additional services. Practitioners who are new to Vocational Rehabilitation.

Professional Group Supervision

Course Overview

One year of monthly supervision sessions aimed at practitioners who require an opportunity to discuss vocational specific supervision queries. This is aimed at practitioners who already have professional supervision on a 1 to 1 basis from another source.

Sessions will:
– Focus on vocational rehabilitation/work
– Be lead by experienced VR professionals
• Monthly sessions incorporating:
– Topics for learning and discussion
– Opportunities to share challenges, trends, etc.
– Case discussions

Confidentiality and ground rules to be clearly set at reviewed at each session

Dates:

Every 2nd Monday of the month (these are subject to change and will be rearranged around public holidays)

£290 + VAT per year

Professional one to one Supervision

Course Overview

A package of 4 hour long sessions, aimed at practitioners who require one to one supervision to meet professional requirements as needed by IRCM and other professional bodies. This is for practitioners who cannot access this from other sources, e.g. for those who are self employed.

Sessions will:
– Focus on vocational rehabilitation/work
– Be lead by experienced VR professionals
– Opportunities to share challenges, trends, etc.
– Case discussions

Confidentiality and ground rules to be clearly set at reviewed at each session

Dates:

once you have signed up to the course you will receive access to a bookings link to sign up for your one to one sessions

Professional Group Supervision

Course Overview

 

Joint supervision is a package of one to one supervision and group supervision offered at a discounted rate.

Acess to 4 one hour long sessions focoused on one to one supervision and one year of monthly group supervision sessions. Aimed at practitioners who require one to one supervision to meet professional requirements as needed by IRCM and other professional bodies, and who would benifit from a space where peer support and group suppervision occurs.

Sessions will:
– Focus on vocational rehabilitation/work
– Be lead by experienced VR professionals
• Monthly sessions incorporating:
– Topics for learning and discussion
– Opportunities to share challenges, trends, etc.
– Case discussions

Confidentiality and ground rules to be clearly set at reviewed at each session

Dates:

Group supervision is every 2nd Monday of the month (these are subject to change and will be rearranged around public holidays)
